Send an email to silvia.balbo@slmandic.edu.br or call (19) 3211-3678 identifying yourself as a journalist and briefly presenting the topic.

Present the proposed agenda
Describe the topic of the report, the media outlet, the type of participation expected (interview, technical note, data), and the expected publication deadline.

Please wait for confirmation and scheduling
The advisory team will evaluate the request and, when applicable, indicate the most appropriate specialist or spokesperson for the topic, scheduling the interview according to availability.

Receive the support materials
Institutional photos, data, and additional information will be provided upon formal request, after confirmation of the agenda.

All interview requests must be made exclusively through the press office, which will mediate contact with faculty and administrators.

Photographs and recordings inside the campus must be previously authorized by the communications office.
- ✓
The use of images of patients, students, or employees in news reports requires specific written authorization, in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

São Leopoldo Mandic reserves the right not to grant interviews regarding matters under judicial review or internal investigation.

Materials provided by the press office (photos, data, notes) may be used freely, provided proper attribution is given to the institution.
